MBK Senior Living, LLC, owns, develops and operates independent and assisted living communities. We are currently seeking acquisition, development and third party management opportunity within the Western US.

 
Existing Senior Living Properties Acquisition Criteria:
Geographic Locations: California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington
75 to or greater units with majority of units exceeding 500 square feet
Combination of IL and AL
(Small percentage of ALZ acceptable - less than 25% of total units)
Low occupancy, poorly managed or distressed properties are acceptable as well as stabilized properties with opportunity for upside
Middle to upscale locations with high concentrations of seniors and the 45-64 age population
Current occupancies of 70% to 90%
Class "A" properties built after 1985
No tax credit or low income

 
Development Sites:
4 to 10 acre sites
Middle to upscale locations with high concentrations of seniors and the 45-64 age population
Located within 5 miles of hospitals or major medical facilities
Located within 2 miles of retail and other services
Zoning - multifamily preferred
